Veterinary Assistant

Alli is a valued Veterinary Assistant who has been in the veterinary field for three years and a part of the team for the past year and a half. She brings positivity, compassion, and a genuine love for animals to every shift. Alli’s favorite part of her job is the team she works with, often sharing that they feel more like family than coworkers. She also enjoys seeing returning patients who recognize her and are excited to visit. Although she always knew she wanted to work with animals, her journey began as a client at a veterinary clinic, where a doctor recognized her potential and offered her a position—marking the start of her career in veterinary medicine. At home, Alli has five cats—Guster, Piper, Ridley, Duke, and Irish—and jokes that cats are like potato chips, you can’t have just one. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, sewing thoughtful gifts for friends, participating in a book club, and playing Dungeons & Dragons with her coworkers. Alli describes herself as a lifelong learner, a loyal friend, and someone who appreciates a good laugh. A fun fact about her is that her favorite animal is the giraffe, and she once had the unforgettable experience of feeding one at the zoo.
